There are many ways to describe Jackie Therrien, but unique, talented, and charismatic just seem to scratch the surface. However, there is one word that ties her all together and is true to her character: Jackie is real. Few people sing so honestly from their heart and soul. Jackie does so in just the right way, combining art, story, and song in perfect unison.
A LITTLE ABOUT JACKIE...
Jackie Therrien is a 22-year-old indie folk, Americana, and alternative singer-songwriter from Merrimack, New Hampshire. She began composing instrumental music at the age of 11 and started writing lyrics by 13. Jackie currently writes and performs all of her own music and plays both piano and guitar.
In October 2019, Jackie released her debut single, "Get My Attention," which has accumulated over 14,000 streams across more than 65 countries. She followed up in August 2020 with two singles, "Beautiful Boy" and an acoustic version of the same song. Her debut album, "Night Music," released in March 2022, features seven original tracks, all of which were written, recorded, produced, and performed solely by her.
Her most recent release, the single “I Saw You at the Grocery Store,” has become her most streamed song to date with over 36,000 streams across all platforms.
Now based in Nashville and a recent graduate of Belmont University, Jackie focuses more on the songwriting side and less on the artist side with her main goal being to sign a publishing deal as a staff writer.
She has performed at notable venues including The Bluebird Cafe, Anzie Blue, and 6th and Peabody. She has also played at prominent venues in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts, such as The Burren Backroom and the legendary Club Passim in Boston, as well as Artsriot in Burlington VT. In 2023, Therrien was selected by The Recording Academy to perform in the Grammy U Annual Songwriters Showcase, and in 2025 she was selected by BMI and Belmont University to perform as a finalist in Belmont University's annual Spring Writer's Showcase. In September of 2025, Therrien made her AMERICANAFEST debut playing with the incredible Stella Prince and friends.
In February & March of 2026, Therrien was named "One to Watch" by the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) for her songs "Burying the Hatchet," and "Made to Be Yours." In June of 2026, "Made to Be Yours" was selected by NSAI as part of Bob Kingsley's Top 40.
In June of 2026, Therrien was selected by The Bluebird Cafe and Taylor Guitars as the Bluebird Golden Pick Contest winner for her song "Grown." She performed at the Bluebird Cafe on June 15th, and is now also an official Taylor Guitars artist, and is endorsed by Taylor Guitars.

PERFORMANCE SPOTLIGHT
In June of 2026, Jackie was selected by the legendary Bluebird Cafe and Taylor Guitars as the winner of the Bluebird cafe Golden Pick Songwriting Contest for her song "Grown"! She performed at the Bluebird and was given a Taylor GS Mini. This is an incredible honor & an absolute dream come true!
